ARCHITECTURE

This is our leading service, where we provide full support and advice to our clients. We can investigate your land's potential with the following production of conceptual drawings in 3d in response to the client`s brief and create a comprehensive draft budget and programme schedule. Once the proposed idea signed off, a planning application and technical design start.

At this stage, we appoint other consultants: structural and electrical engineers, builders and consultants. We prepare specification documents, cost information, and project strategies for tendering, materials, and lighting, along with technical drawings.

INTERIOR DESIGN & FURNITURE

We provide interior design and space planning for most of our clients with understanding how to add value and comfort to home or commercial space, as well as create a peaceful environment for users. We enjoy the use maximum of natural materials, such as stone, wood, linen, metal and glass in the projects. Kitchens or bespoke furniture design is also our area of work. An extensive network of workshops can produce any interior element for your building.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The team provides project management advice and guides the project through concept and building stages and cost consulting. We ensure that the client has good communication with the building contractor; all necessary work is done within a budget.
